Honestly, if I'd hadn't been driving by at 45 mph and hadn't been too embarrassed to stop the van and turn around, I would've gotten a photo of the guy I saw wearing a cowboy hat, riding a palomino horse on the shoulder of HWY 377, talking on his cell phone.
