Another example of why I think the insanity plea is bogus.
If someone is judged to be criminally insane, they should never EVER be allowed to rejoin society. That goes for Hinckley, and it should've gone for Pierott. Along with Pierott getting the needle for this one, the judge and jury and whoever else in the system who rubber-stamped his release ought to have to do some time for this child's murder because they're complicit in it.
Just my opinion.
