My ninth attempt. Portraits are definitely NOT my specialty, but this exercise has taught me a great deal and I don't regret signing up for it. I feel horribly inadequate next to the amazing and beautiful portraits already showing up over at DSFDF, but I've never really been afraid of making a fool of myself, so I sent mine in anyway.Previous practice attempts...
