He's going through this awkward phase where he thinks he's fat, so he wants to wear the swim shirt. It's from last year so it's a little tight. I don't mind; it keeps him from getting sunburned on his back and shoulders. But I've also been trying to help him have a more healthy and realistic self-image.
Today they worked on side-stroke and treading water...
...and the American crawl...
...and life-saving maneuvers...
...and, of course, the DIVING BOARD... the pinnacle, the zenith, the BEST PART OF THE ENTIRE DAY.
