I made steamed Asian dumplings tonight... they're quite popular around this house and everyone wants me to make them. They're a bit labor-intensive and time-consuming, however, and the ingredients aren't the usual cheapo food we usually make. LOL

But they're holy-cow-good, I can tell you. They make the house smell amazing, too.

Our happy little bamboo steamer from Wal-Mart. It's a good thing.
