I went to bed at about 6PM last night and woke up this morning at about 6AM. Phew! I feel like I've been asleep for a year, but I definitely feel better today. Might actually get something accomplished. Part of that may be ducktaping my eldest to the peak of the roof so I don't have to listen to her abusive yelling. Living with a mentally-ill person is very, very draining.
UPDATE: Her mood hasn't been as foul the rest of the day, so I haven't had to break out the ducktape.
