The BBC sez so.So why can't we find out where those "council" meetings take place and bomb the peewilligers out of IT? I know, I know... they do when they know. I just find it ironic that alQaeda assumes this mantle of legitimacy somehow by having "council" meetings. I can just imagine Osama sitting around a card table with a couple of other long-bearded men, quoting Robert's Rules or some other such officialese.
